What title does your land come with?
It depends on the development, and we name it on every one. Setia Sky Residence at Eleko carries a government-allocated Certificate of Occupancy, C of O 68/68/2024C. Vina Residence Phase 1 at Ketu-Epe is sold with a registered survey and deed of assignment. Vina Residence Phase 2 at Okegun is held under government allocation.
What does a plot cost?
Prices are quoted on enquiry rather than published, because they are reviewed as each development progresses and we would rather you had the figure standing on the day you ask than one that has gone stale on a web page. Call the sales desk or send us a message and we will send you the current price list for the development you are interested in.
What plot sizes are available?
Vina Residence Phase 1 offers 300, 500 and 1,000 square metres. Setia Sky Residence offers 300, 500 and 1,000 square metres, and a 3,000 square metre mini development that can be registered in your own chosen name. Vina Residence Phase 2 is commercial only, at 500 and 1,000 square metres.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Each development is sold against an initial deposit with a flexible payment plan of 3 to 12 months. The terms are agreed in writing before you pay anything.
Can I buy from abroad?
Yes. We film a walk of the specific plot you are considering, send the survey plan and title documents for your own lawyer to review, and record the allocation on the day it happens. Many of our buyers are in the diaspora and never travel for the purchase.
Can I see the land before I commit?
Always, and we would rather you did. We run scheduled inspections on all three sites. We walk the boundary with you, show you the survey pillars and hand you the title documents to read on site. Never pay for land you have not seen in person or on film.
Is the land dry or swampy?
Vina Residence Phase 1 at Ketu-Epe is solid dry land, demarcated and ready to build on, with no swamp. You can confirm the ground condition yourself on an inspection.
