About us
Trust Built On Transparency
It is on our helmets, our vests and our signage, because it is the only thing that matters when someone is committing their savings to a property they have not yet lived in.
Our story
A full-service real estate company
Scotch Stone Holdings Limited is a real estate company operating across Nigeria, with its head office in Lagos. We meet the growing demand for professional real estate solutions through development, sales, leasing and end-to-end property management.
Our work runs across six lines: we develop residential and mixed-use land, we sell and allocate titled land, we manage property on behalf of landlords and investors, we operate serviced short-stay apartments, we advise investors on strategy, and we deliver commercial space for business.
Clients come to us at different points — a first plot, a portfolio, a property that needs managing while they live abroad — and the common thread is that they can see and verify what they are buying before they commit to it.
Our vision
To be the real estate company Nigerians trust by default
A market where buying property is not a gamble — where the title is verifiable, the developer is reachable, and what you were shown is what you received.
Our mission
Deliver real estate people can verify before they commit
To develop, sell and manage property to a standard where every claim we make can be checked — on the ground, in the documents, and by the client's own lawyer.
Why clients trust us
What we do differently
Named titles
Every development's title is stated: government C of O, government allocation, or a registered survey and deed of assignment.
Inspect before you pay
Scheduled inspections on every site. We walk the boundary and hand over the documents to read on site.
Allocation in the open
Allocation happens on the land, in person, photographed and filmed.
Real photography
The site photography is our own land. Where we show a proposed development, we label it as one.
Diaspora support
Filmed walks, documents sent for legal review, and allocation recorded on the day for buyers who cannot travel.
One point of contact
The same consultant from first enquiry through to handover.
How we work
Our development and client philosophy
We would rather lose a sale than make one that unravels later. That means telling a client when something does not suit them, publishing the title rather than the adjective, and refusing to market a building we have not built.
On development, we deliver infrastructure in phases and show the progress as it happens — perimeter, gate house, roads, power — rather than promising a finished development on day one.
Allocation day
Handover happens in the open, in front of everyone
Whatever a client buys from us, they receive it in person and on the record. On our land developments that means allocation on the ground — the buyer standing on the plot they bought, the papers changing hands there, photographed and filmed.

Book an inspection, visit the office, or message the sales desk. We would rather you checked us properly than trusted us quickly.
