What we collect
Only what you type into our enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the development you are interested in, and any message you write. We do not run analytics on this website, we do not set advertising cookies, and we do not build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, arrange a site inspection, and send you the documents you ask for. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a genuine enquiry about our land.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our email through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service. Your details pass through their systems in order to reach us. This website also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are dealing with you, and for up to two years afterwards so we can trace the history of a transaction. If you buy land from us, records connected to that sale are kept for as long as Nigerian law requires.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@scotchstoneholdings.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. If you are contacting us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, the equivalent rights under the GDPR apply to your data.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry details are held in our business email and are seen only by the staff who need them to respond to you.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top.
