More than one way to invest in Nigerian property

Some investors want an asset that appreciates quietly. Others want income from month one. We build, sell and manage across both, so the question is not what we have available — it is what suits you.

Ways to invest

Five routes into Nigerian real estate

They behave very differently. The right one depends on your horizon, whether you need income while you hold, and how much management you want.

Land banking

Buy a titled plot, hold it while the corridor develops, realise the appreciation later. Lowest entry cost, no maintenance, no tenant — and no income until you sell or build.

Build to rent

Buy land, build, and let. We develop and can manage the finished property, so the plot becomes a yielding asset rather than a dormant one.

Short-stay apartments

Serviced apartments let nightly and weekly typically out-earn a standard tenancy in the right location. Higher management load, which we carry for you.

Commercial space

Retail, office, warehousing and hospitality. Longer leases, more substantial tenants, and demand driven by the seaport and free zone traffic.

Managed property

Already own something in Lagos? We handle tenancy, maintenance and rent collection, and report to you wherever you are.

Advisory

Not sure which of the above fits? We will analyse what you hold and what you want from it before recommending anything.

  • Lekki Deep Seaport — the deepest in West Africa
  • Dangote Refinery — commissioned 2023
  • Proposed Lekki International Airport
  • Lekki Free Trade Zone
  • Alaro City
  • Lagos Film City
  • Pan Atlantic University
  • Lekki–Epe Expressway expansion

The process

How investing with us works

1

Consultation

Your budget, your horizon, and whether you need income. We recommend from there.

2

Inspect

See the asset. A plot, a finished apartment, a commercial unit. Filmed if you are abroad.

3

Verify

Documents to your own lawyer. We would rather you checked us than trusted us.

4

Subscribe

Terms and payment plan agreed in writing before any money moves.

5

Hold or earn

Allocation on the land, or handover and letting if the asset is income-producing.

Diaspora investors

Investing from outside Nigeria

Most fear about investing from abroad comes down to one thing: you cannot stand on it, and you cannot manage it. We cover both.

Filmed inspection

The specific asset you are considering, not a generic site video.

Documents for legal review

Title and survey sent to your own lawyer before you commit.

One point of contact

The same consultant throughout, reachable in your time zone where we can.

Allocation recorded

Filmed on the day so you can watch your own handover.

Managed after purchase

We let it, maintain it and collect the rent while you are away.

Reporting to you

Statements and updates wherever you are, without chasing family.
